At Amaluna Vogue NY, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The item must include all original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable).
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
  • The return request must be approved by our customer support team before sending any item back.

Please note: Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items missing original packaging or labels
  • Gift cards

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos/videos showing the issue
  • A description of the problem

Our team will review your request and work with our supply chain network to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Contact our support team at amalunavogueny@gmail.com with your order number.
  2. Wait for return approval and return instructions.
  3. Ship the item only after receiving confirmation from our team.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Shipping & Delivery Notes

As we work with a global fulfillment network, some orders may arrive in separate packages and may have different delivery timelines.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our side.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, size, or style, please return your eligible item and place a new order.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped by our fulfillment partners, it cannot be cancelled or modified
