Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation message with your shipping details.

Delivery Time

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Other Areas: 3–6 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary during sales, holidays, or due to unforeseen delays.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard Delivery: Rs. 200 – Rs. 300 (depending on location)
  • Free Shipping: On orders above Rs. 5,000

Shipping charges will be calculated and shown at checkout.

Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver all across Pakistan.

For remote areas, delivery may take slightly longer than usual.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email so you can monitor your delivery status.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your order after multiple attempts:

  • The order may be returned to us
  • You may need to pay additional shipping charges for re-delivery

  • Courier issues
