Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation message with your shipping details.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

    • Destination
    • Package weight and size
    • Selected shipping method

Shipping charges will be calculated and shown at checkout.

Delivery Coverage

We offer nationwide shipping. Delivery times depending on your location and the supplier. Orders to remote or rural areas may take a little longer based on local courier schedules. You’ll receive tracking once your order ships.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email so you can monitor your delivery status.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your order after multiple attempts:

  • The order may be returned to us
  • You may need to pay additional shipping charges for re-delivery
